HOW DO I REGISTER MYSELF OR MY CHILD FOR CLASSES?

Once you’ve found a class that fits your or your child’s schedule, simply scroll down the page for either the Youth or Adult classes, select the class you’re looking for, and add it to your cart. Upon check-out for any youth classes or camps, please be sure note your attending child’s name and age for us. Your space is now reserved!



HOW OFTEN ARE CLASSES SCHEDULED?

New classes are scheduled regularly! We offer Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions for adults in a variety of time and scheduling options. Our youth classes are scheduled in after-school hours for Fall, Winter, and Spring; our week-long Summer Camps sessions are scheduled during morning and afternoon daytime hours. We look forward to sewing with you!



I / MY CHILD MISSED A CLASS. CAN WE COME ANOTHER DAY?

At this time, our classes and schedules are full, and we are unable to accommodate make-up lessons. Our instructors will do the best they can to catch up or your child up in the next session.



WHAT LEVEL SHOULD MY CHILD BE IN?

Most of our students need a few sessions in intro/beginner level classes before moving up to intermediate or advanced. We’re always working on new projects for all levels, so you don’t need to worry about repeats. If you think your child may be ready to move up, please ask your instructor.

HOW DO I SELECT THE FABRIC AMOUNT I WANT TO BUY?

All of our available fabric by the yard can be purchased in quantities as small as a quarter yard (9”) and is cut in one continuous length. For longer lengths of fabric, simply add your total to the cart as separate items, and we will cut the total. For example, if you need 1.5 yards, add one “1 yard” AND one “1/2 yard” to your cart. Depending on fabric quantities available, you can also add 3 “1/2 yards” for the total. Any questions or concerns, just send us an email or add a note to your order when you check out.



WHAT ARE SEW@HOME KITS?

Sew@Home Kits are full projects, cut and packaged right in shop just for you, and ready to go! Patterns &/or instructions, fabric, and any notions needed are all included so you have everything you need to create a new project from start to finish. Choose from a variety of styles and sewing levels for the perfect fit, like plush dolls, pajama pants, tote bags, and more. They also make great gifts for others.



HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & HANDLING?

All order over $100 ship free! For all other orders, we offer $8.50 Flat Rate US shipping through USPS. We ship quickly too!

We also offer free curbside or in-store pick-up at our Evanston, IL studio.



DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?

No, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
