Advanced Beginner | Wednesdays 4:00-5:15p
Please include your child's age alongside their name in the registration box.
In this Advanced Beginner class, students will learn a variety of seams and further their sewing knowledge with skills like how to install a zipper, patchwork quilting, and basic clothing construction. We add new projects to the queue constantly, so there's always something new for your child to learn. We recommend students stay at the beginner level for about a year to solidfiy these foundational skills before moving up to advanced beginner, and then remain in advanced beginner for at least one year before moving to intermediate/advanced projects.
Please note: We do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes. If your child misses a class, we will do our best to catch them up in the next class.

| Requirements: | Ages 7-12 | Sewists should comfortably know how to operate a sewing machine, sew even seams, and cut fabric. Most students will take the Beginner level classes more than once to master their foundational sewing skills before being ready to move up to this Advanced Beginner level. If you’re not sure what level your child should be in, please contact us. Please include your child's AGE ALONGSIDE THEIR NAME (ie: Charlie, 7yo) when registering so that we may select appropriate projects. |
