Quilting 101 Workshop: Piecing Basic Blocks

1-Day, 2.5-Hour Workshop: Sunday, March 23 | 12:00-2:30p
This introduction to quilting will cover the principles of piecing quilted blocks. Students will learn different techniques for building two foundational quilt blocks: the pinwheel and nine-patch. If time allows, we'll add in some hand appliqué shapes as well. We'll create two blocks in class, with supplies provided to create four total, enough for a throw pillow cover or the start of your first quilt.
