Beginner Level | Sew the True Bias Ogden Cami



3 Session Class: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-6:00pm
Dates: July 8, 10, & 15

This class is for beginner/advanced beginner sewers; open to adults and teens, 13 and up. You should comfortably know how to use a sewing machine.

The Ogden Cami is a simple blouse that can either be worn on its own or as a layering piece under blazers and cardigans. It has a soft V neck at both center front and center back necklines, and 3/4” wide straps. The neckline and armholes are finished with a partial lining for a beautiful, high end finish.

For pattern sizing, you can choose either range 0-18 or 14-30. Please select your pattern range at registration, charts are below. We can help you determine the specific size in class.

In this class you will learn:

  • How to read and cut a pattern
  • How to measure, read pattern size charts, and select the correct size
  • Pattern layout and cutting fabric on-grain
  • Seam and neckline finishes
  • Sewing curves and hems

Skill Details: Advanced Beginner Level: Students should be confident with using a sewing machine.
